Additionally, our programs extend into a historic 37-acre woodland a few miles from our Cumbernauld studio near Falkirk. In our woodland, dating back to 2 AD, your team can immerse themselves in the tranquillity of nature through team-building activities like bush craft, eco-art, and fire-making.

We teach a broad range of wellness and mindfulness techniques for example, Gentle Yoga, Guided Breathwork methods, Qigong movement and Meditative Techniques, Ariel Yoga and Cold Water Immersion Therapy either in our indoor custom built studio our outside in our forest therapy centre. In our forest we also offer team building through expert guided wilderness survival challenges like shelter building, fire and tool making, eco-art all done in a tranquil, safe and beautiful setting.
