Gentle Yoga:
Mind-body awareness and relaxation of the nervous system. Nothing competitive, encouraging people to stay in their own lane and move to the beat of there own heart. A grounding, slow-paced flow, emphasizing deep stretches, breathing, and presence. This will change the entire energy of the group, they will feel lighter and more open.
Guided Breathwork Session
We teach 3 Ancient breathing techniques to deepen self-awareness, reduce stress, and connect with the body. Nadi shodhana (alternate nostril breathing) this evens out both hemispheres of the brain. Bhastrika breath this is HIGH energy breathing. And lastly, humming bee breath. When done outside, this high vibrational breathing technique involves complete sensory deprivation enhancing your sense of self, your faith and trust in your own intuition and is calming for the entire nervous system. Most people are in survive mode and this takes you straight into thrive mode
Outcome: Attendees gain a tool to increase mental clarity and emotional resilience that they can use anytime they need it.
Qigong
Gentle Qigong movements to align energy, followed by a slow, mindful movements that increase physical and mental stamina and grace. Our qigong walk will encourage gratitude through each step and the group will be guided to collect any artifacts that they come across that nurture a feeling of abundance and awe. Moving meditation, encouraging mindfulness, heightened senses, and a connection with nature.
Cold Water Therapy
A guided, gradual immersion in cold water to promote stress resilience and well-being. Not just jumping in....any fool can jump in. This is about CHOOSING discomfort and finding the comfort within. Enhanced focus, resilience, and improvements in all bodily functions. Group support helps attendees encourage and empower one another, this is priceless
